About Us

ormed in 2017, by a team of mining and engineering professionals, Mining Tools Ghana (Pty) Limited, is a wholly owned Ghanaian establishment, with RGD No.CS269632017, and TIN No. C0009610960. Mining Tools Ghana (Pty) Limited is based in Obuasi and has a diversified range of service offering: sales, suppliers and servicing of mining equipment, tools, plants, and mining consumables and mine equipment training. The company is also duly registered with the Ghana Minerals Commission (MinCOM) as mining support service provider.

The company’s business model is based on partnership (sales agency & distributorship) that are mutually beneficial and sustainable. Where applicable, we also form joint venture-ship (Special Purpose Vehicles) with our partners to deliver on projects, as may be required. Mining Tools aspires to be an example of how an empowered local mining services company can be grown in partnership with established multinational mining companies whilst both entities’ interests remain respected and protected.

To give hope and livelihood to the vulnerable and needy in our operational territory through the performance focused distribution, services and training in the use of the products of our Principals
